Who can register

Any manufacturing or service enterprise can register, based on investment and turnover limits that classify it as micro, small or medium. The registration uses PAN and Aadhaar and, for classification, PAN and GST data are linked.

After registration

Keep the certificate for bank and tender use. Update the details when turnover or activity changes. Under MSME payment rules, buyers should pay within the agreed period, which is generally limited to 45 days.
